Return and Exchange Window
You have a window of 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. This timeframe is designed to give you ample opportunity to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within this 7-day period. Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained. Ensure that you provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange when contacting customer service at return@alienwild.com.
Condition of Returned Products
We take great care in ensuring that every product you receive meets our quality standards. Similarly, we expect returned products to be in their original condition. This means:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
If the returned product shows signs of being worn, washed, damaged, or is returned in poor condition, a refund or exchange will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the items do not meet these criteria.
When preparing your return package, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Any product returned in a condition unsuitable for resale will be sent back to you.
Reverse Shipment Fee
A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund for each order. This fee is applicable regardless of the number of items within the order. It means that whether you return one item or multiple items from the same order, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made.
This fee covers the cost of arranging the reverse pick-up and shipping the product(s) back to us. It ensures that we can continue to offer a convenient return process without additional charges to you.
Pick-Up Attempts and Process
Our logistics partner will make two attempts to pick up the return shipment from your address. It is essential that you are available to hand over the package during these scheduled pick-up times.
If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you will be responsible for sending the shipment back to the following company address at your own cost:

Please ensure that the shipment is sent back via a trackable shipping method, and retain proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been processed. Alienwild will not be responsible for returns lost in transit if you choose to send them independently.
Availability of Reverse Pick-Up Service
The availability of our reverse pick-up service is dependent on your area’s pin code. In some locations, the reverse pick-up service might not be available. If this is the case, our customer service team will inform you, and you will need to send the product back to our returns address at your own cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund. This typically takes 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
If you have opted for an exchange, the new product will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received and inspected. The shipping time for the exchange will depend on the availability of the requested product.
